It's been awhile since I've done a non-Roy or non-JMFJ mailcall. This will entail a couple of nice traders from Jonathan (Sharkaholic707), progress on my nameplate project, 07/08 Ice Scripts, 07/08 OPC Premier Penmanship & OPC Premier Original Six Sigs sets.
First, the bait from Jonathan:
Both are very cool ideas on UD's part. It's amazing to see where the hobby has progressed to.
A random bay pickup and blaster breakage:
I picked up the Sawchuk in from the same seller that I got a few autos from. For the price ($2), I couldn't say no. As for the breaks, well let's just say that was $40 down the drain. :|
The nameplate progress:
Just need the J, C, P, P as the other R is incoming.
Premier Penmanship set progress:
A little slower than I'd like, but I've been pretty adamant about trading for these. I have the Bergeron & Naslund inbound and am in talks for the Hejduk. Very nice looking set with decent names and 2 biggies to chase (Sid and Geno).
Original Six Sigs Progress:
I have the Dineen and Lindsay inbound. Another sharp autograph set from OPC Premier. Mostly HOFers and a neat design. The Howe and Orr are the big ones that should be a challenge.
Ice Scripts progress:
These put me at 22 for the set, but I've still got my work cut out for me with guys like Brodeur, Crosby, Roy, Gretzky, Orr, Malkin, etc. Decent little dent, though.
