Not received as agreed upon

Hey all, first off, excuse me if this is the wrong place post this. Just received my end of a trade... Packaged mine very nicely. The cards I received today however were not packaged great. The most important card was in a top loader, but the other two were simply in penny sleeves. All three were put into a team bag and bubble mailer. Now I know that the one card in a top loader provided some support for the other cards, but one of them came with a little chip on the top. It's a very low value card BUT it is a PC item and I love it. So I have some questions... I don't want to leave a negative feedback, but should I PM the member and talk to him about it? Also, am I being irrational expecting every card that is traded to me to be in a top loader? I just mailed out five different RC's and all of them were in top loaders. Also, the transaction thread said that they would be shipped in top loaders.

Sorry this is kinda jumbled, but if anyone has time to give me some advice, please do so. Thanks!

Your complaint is reasonable, though relatively minor. Certainly, all cards should be either in a top-loader, or tape-sandwiched between two other top-loaders. That's the only way to keep them from sliding around with just the soft penny sleeve to protect them.

Hopefully you and the other party will be able to work it out privately.

Your concerns seem reasonable, contact the other person, let them know what happened and see if something can be worked out.
