The cards from Madoff's collection were auctioned in bulk lots on some "real" auction site awhile back. I figured it would be sooner or later they would show up on ebay.

He collected cards and the Federal government auctioned them off along with all his other assets.

I remember seeing a bunch of cards when they auctioned off all Madoffs' stuff (which included a bunch of Gretzky items). There were some good deals to be had. They also auctioned off his season tickets to the NY Mets, which got some pretty decent cash.
