i don't keep track of when i send so not sure how long it's taking. seems like they come in spurts though. weeks without any and then 2 or 3 in a week.
 
I sent one to topps in october that said it had to be in by december something. I got it back the other day stamped offer expired. did i get the date wrong? or did they just run out of cards?

here's what i got back from fleer today:

Dear Collector,

We are returning your card to you because we only replace factory damaged cards. We do not ship out damaged cards for our NPN program so your issue is with your post office for damaging them during shipping. Also, we only address issues in the current season. Thank you.

this sux because the card was shipped in a plastic top loader from fleer. so it was their fault and not the post office (unless the post office opened the package, peeled the tape off the top loader, creased the card, retaped it, and repacked it :rolleyes: ). i'm not going to pursue this any further as fleer has sent me tons of npn's in the past. just thought this was worth sharing. if you want a damaged stephon marbury jersey let me know :rolleyes:
