Dear Collector,
The NPNs are pulled from the inventory that is supplied to our department for fulfillment. That product happened to have more base cards than inserts. That is the first time that that situation has occurred, but again, we have to work with what we are given.

Ron, have u ever gotten anything from DLP? I know i've sent a lot to em, fleer and topps seem to be the only ones that are worth sending to, but now with fleer giving us base cards its almost not even worth the stamp...

Once in a blue moon. Still better than Upper Deck but way behind Topps and Fleer. And like you said, if Fleer is going to start sending base, Topps may be the only one worth the time and effort.
