Picked this up from Cardboard Memories in Brampton for a buddy who collects RNH, but he has his eyes set on a "biggy" and says this one's on the backburner for now...

Great looking card but I am surprised that the owner was ripping these packs. I thought they were for the people coming in a buying packs and boxes?

Probably leftovers after the promo was finished. Hobby Shops actually have to pay to get these packs if I'm not mistaken so if they choose to rip them after the promo, I have no issue with it.

This. At the end of National Trading Card Day, Dave makes sets for his regulars and sells the leftovers. I know Cardboard Memories gave away a ton of packs the day of.

Very cool, I wasn't sure what the idea was behind these packs, so if they had to buy them to give out it all makes sense.
