Odd looking patches?

I came across this while searching around eBay. I'm not saying it is fake or anything because I'm no expert, but they look funny to me. Maybe from tags or something?

Looks odd for sure, here are 2 other cards from the same subset of #5, patches looks way off compared to these,

Confirmed by Gregg at Leaf........fake. He had eBay remove the auction for it over a year ago. Now it popped up again. :| :loseit: :speechless:
