Well everyone,the NHL trade deadline is coming up this Tuesday and the rumors are heating up, albeit some being more credible then others. ;)
Last year's thread was a success and I thought I'd give it another go this time around.No trades to report at the moment right now,so I'll just post up the TSN NHL Tradepage for the time being until something comes up.Have fun everyone and if you're going to post a rumor,please put a source down.

Two names have been taken off the trade list as Brewer and Legace have signed new deals with the St.Louis Blues.

in a few years the Flyers could be one heck of a scary team if the prospects live up to their potential. Parent, Coburn, Carter, Richards, Ruzicka may be a heck of a nucleus in 5 years

They will be better but they still won't have a goalie. lol
 
I'm betting with the 20 million they will be under the cap in the summer they'll find one, plus address the defense probs as well.

According to the Toronto Star, the Toronto Maple Leafs have tentatively agreed to terms on a multi-year contract with Darcy Tucker.

Tucker will earn an average of US$3-million per season for at least three years, reports the newspaper. A possible fourth year, structured around a no-trade clause, would allow the Leafs to get out from under cap implications if neccessary.
