For anyone that has had a redemption outstanding on a card that has been live for some time, try calling the local CS number listed on Panini's website. I had a couple of silhouettes that were live, but hadn't been fulfilled in my account. It took two calls to get a live person instead of VM, but they went and found the cards and have sent them out to me. Worth a shot if you haven't done so already.

Tyler's stuff is all in house. The Limited cards had to be built because they were the patches, may be what is causing the delay.

Mine said pending the whole time they were there even when they were sent to me, once they get shipped out, you receive an email and they are moved to teh closes redemption tab.

ok good to know. its like the opposite of UD. UD tells you they shipped it and you still have to wait 12 weeks.
