It has been well over 7 months since I have done a mail post so this is going to be one of the longest mail posts I have ever done. Since it is Friday, go ahead and grab a cold one!
Lets kick things off with some additions to my main collection:
1999-00 Black Diamond Piece of History Double Diamond
This one comes from Joel and is one of the very few copies that I have been seen with stick pieces of this quality. I am really happy to have this one a part of the collection and it gets me one step closer to having all multi-color memorabilia pieces.
2001-02 BAP Signature Series International Gold (30 Copies)
FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been looking for this card for so long it felt like I had seen 25 or more copies of the card. I am so glad that I held out and found this one.
2002-03 Pacific Heads Up Quad Jerseys
This one is another upgrade from a copy that had the smallest multi-color piece possible. I knew it was only a matter of time before I found one.
Now on to my Lindros Dallas Stars Autographs and Memorabilia cards:

I can't get enough of the Dallas Stars memorabilia cards.
2014-15 Upper Deck Jersey
I saw surprisingly few copies of this card with a multi-color piece, so it makes me wonder if Upper Deck is running out of Dallas stuff.
2013-14 Artifacts Black Patch Tag (3 of 5)
This is just an awesome card! I love the black foil and the Meigray tag is pretty cool too. Not too many of those floating around out there.
Now lets move along to some Ultimate Memorabilia Vault additions:

And now on to a small new collection that I have decided to undertake: Unreleased cards. Over the years there have been several cards that have surfaced that were made with the intention of being released but for any number of reasons did not end up being packed out with the product. I think they are pretty interesting in a wow look what could have been kind of way, so if I come across something like that I am going to try to pick it up.
2000-01 Private Stock Patch (154 of 166)
According to Beckett in 2001 this card was not packed out. Until about 6 years ago I had never seen one, and this is still the only one I have ever seen. When it arrived last week I took out the other Private Stock cards from 2001 and it was pretty cool to see them all together.
The next few cards more or less answered a question that I had for a long time: why was Lindros all of a sudden "dropped" from BAP autograph sets in 2001. Lindros never signed them. I used to look forward to BAP Signature Series each year because it was the only way new Lindros autograph cards were being made at the time.

Before anyone asks, no I will never make an attempt to have these cards signed by Lindros. Besides the fact that his autograph is so distinctly different now than it was in 2001, I think having the cards signed now would cross the line. They will forever stay unsigned and in this collection.
