Only need a 1,000 cards to complete my set......

As some of you may know, I finished a 2002-03 UD Mask Collection Patches set (only 12 possible) some time ago. I'm still able to upgrade one of my patches every once and a while, so the work never ends

Besides the actual set, I'm also working on a virtual collection of all the 2002-03 UD Mask Collection Patches made! There are a total of 1255 patches out there, and so far I managed to get scans of 255 cards (20.3%). Hence, the title of this thread!!

Anyways, I'm hoping that you can help out again. I would appreciate it very much if the HI-members which own any of these patches and have not done so already, could send me scans of their cards. I know it takes a couple of minutes of your time, but you would be doing a fellow member a big favour !! Regards, Patrick

P.S. : I've enclosed a copy of a 2002-03 UD Mask Patch, since there are also 2001-02 Double Patches out there. Unfortunately, I don't have a need for the latter.

Now this is a great way to collect a set without actually having to spend money on it! Hmm you may have just revolutionized card collecting!

You're right.... it's not the most expensive way to collect cards ! But I got to tell you, having actual cards in your hands is better!!

I started collecting the scans to see how my own patches looked compared to other patches out there and what could be available as upgrades. One thing led to another and then you end up with over 250 scans of cards and still counting!!!

Besides my own set, I was able to help out another collector (friend of mine) to complete an actual set of patches too! So, as far as I know, there are 2 completed patches set out of a possible 12. Since I own two Blackburn patches (lowest print run of the set), there can be only a maximum of 11 completed sets!

I noticed the sale of the Shanny patch on eBay the other day . You got a very decent price for it, but then again, it's a very nice card indeed! Luckily, it will be part of another completed 2002-03 UD Mask Collection Patches set . Besides mine, the only one I know of. There can be only max. 8 others out there.....
