Nothing official but estimations put it around 15-20. They're supposed to be one every 1-2 cases.

It's actually one or two per case. I doubt the print run will be announced and they are also popping up in retail packs. If I were to guess, I say 15 or so of each, but that's a total guess....

Yeah...I just pulled a Tim Ramholt blank back out of a blaster purchased at Target about a week ago so they are definitely in retail as well.
