The conspiracy theorist tells me that as a result of these delays, The Cup will also be pushed, to release the same week as UM8

I doubt they'll delay it until August, which is when UM8 is slated to release. I'd bank on late July. I'm wondering if UM8 will take a nose dive this year due to Superlative...

As for the product (which was the original thread), is this product supposed to be the OPC equivalent to The Cup, Superlative, etc. or more level with Ultimate, Sweet Shot, etc?
