Well it appears I have fallen for an eBay 1/1 misrepresentation. To be honest, it is my fault since I only read the subject heading and looked at the shipping charges before I submitted my offer. Normally I am very adept to ensure I am checking the item description, and the one case I didn't do that, it bit me in the butt.
BUT.. I want to keep the card but I want to flag to the seller that I did not receive a 1/1 card and he misrepresented this fact in his listing. I am actually not upset about how much I spent on it, I just care that I fell for the age old trick of calling a card a 1/1 when it was not.
Part of me wants to move on and forget about it and part of me wants to make sure the seller knew I was not happy that it was advertised as a 1/1..
What would you do?
