Nope, it's not a movie that you must see.
It's not a television show.
It's not even a new band you must hear.

Well, in case anyone was interested where I was for the past two weeks I will let you know. These past two weeks were horrible (and I'll add that it is continuing). I developed some pain in my hip area and leg and really thought nothing of it. The pain increased and I thought I did something but I couldn't figure out what I did to trigger the pain. As the pain continued to increase and I started to get a SHOOTING pain in my leg when I sat down I thought perhaps it was time to see a doctor. The doctor was kind enough to prescribe some Prednisone and Vicodin and gave me a few days off from work. Bedrest was also a stipulation. To continue, for a week I could not do some bathroom business because of the excruciating pain I was in for that position. The Vicodin makes me loopy. And I cannot sit down to eat dinner let alone type out tradelists, respond to emails, or heck, take advantage of eBay's 10 cent listing day last week. That hurt a lot. The further along I went through this the worse it has become. I can no longer feel my toes on my left foot and the pain is constant. So I went to the doctor Monday and he was kind enough to schedule me for an MRI. So Friday I have the MRI and hopefully soon after I will have some relief. Apparently there is not much that can be done for this condition. I am not too keen on surgery in the lower back area so that is a tad worrisome to me.
I also wanted to let you know I will be parting with some duplicates and abandoning a set soon. My fiancee has promised to sit in front of the computer and operate the eBay Turbo Lister for me. This should be good. I am ornery at best without taking these meds. Compound that with my anticipated aggravation from her unable to utilize the software in an efficient manner and see the fireworks go off.
This post took a few "standings" to get it done. I am not looking for sympathy. I just wanted everyone to know that I am not dead... yet.
