So I am in the process of starting a business.
Came up with a name an checked it out. It came up as a GoDaddy site.
I really have no knowledge of domain names, hosting sites, etc.
What are some things I should be aware of?
I want it to be a .com site and to be able to be found on Google pretty easily when the name and location are typed in.
I don't know what hosting sites are good.
Basically the site will be a sale site where customers can enter a different website through a link to make purchases.
I want something cool looking, but not complex at all.
Can anyone on here give me some basic advice? I've read up on a bunch but don't get the whole godaddy thing and how payments work each year to have a domain name and how the domain name becomes mine. i don't want to establish a business and then have a company raise the price on the domain or tell me a I lost it.....know what I mean?
