Over priced Rinne rc?

Made an offer on this Ultimate Rinne rc with no success. What are your thoughts as to their asking price?

I have only seen a few of these ever up on ebay. I am looking to buy / trade for the Ultimate rc. Though not willing to pay $50 for the card.

Please post your thoughts abt this auction. Is he aking too much? If so what would be a reasonable offer?
