Packaging team bags

I am planning on packaging up base cards in team bags for sale at yard sales or to give to children etc...

What would be the best way do you think people would like, and maybe a bit of reason for making your choice?

If you have enough cards why not do all 3 ways then ask what they prefer, team or player. I would assume most younger collectors would be after the young players Crosby, AO & such, so this may not be as easy as it sounds. Just my thoughts.

I've done this with the last few garage sales we've had. I usually put 20 base (all random) in a team bag for $1. Sold like 50 last year. I also put out a 3200 couint box, and ask $30, sold three last year too.

Well if I could make team sets i would do that... but only if at least 6 cards in the team set... like UD ser1/ser2, Opc, maybe victory....

but other than that then i would try to make them with no dups in a team bag.... not even the same guy but in differnt releases.......

i do 1 card per team so 30 cards in a bag and my wife hands them out to kids at the hospital where she works...i figure as long as there are 1 card from each team they can have a choice who to follow.....also...when i go to shows i dig through the dollar bins and pick up GU and autos to put in to the packs ...1 AU/GU per package...Fred

Great way to get rid of base. I still think the "organize by player" way is more appealing. But that is just me. It all depends on the individual I guess.

For Halloween I do 15 cards, 15 different players, 15 different sets. Then I include a small candy (just like the old OPC pack gum!).
