I really like what Barfield did for the Padres this year and under pressure of August and Sept. He was a spark plug for them and as young as he is will be a great addition for the Indians. I have seen Kevin play and think the Indians are giving up on a young kid but they are also filling a need. I think both teams will do well with this trade. I don't think Brown is all that great but you can't give up on pitching. A great deal for both teams.
