Not a direct contact but you can go to my requests and then new request and then to general information. I think you just type in the request number you want replaced. I did it once and listed a bunch of wants and ended up getting 1 of the teams/players I asked for. Not sure if I got lucky or if that's the standard as long as you're reasonable. I should also say it was a football for football swap and not hockey.
I just went into my account - and entered a new request in - as described above. Although my outstanding redemptions are all over the place sports wise - I didn't request for any hockey. I asked for some soccer, and failing that, basketball
