Anyone know if you can transfer points that have been awarded to your account?

They just…JUST!!!! Awarded my account 400 points for some expired redemptions that were submitted in 2019.

I went to use them just to use them and they want $38 for shipping which I am guessing is USD.

If anyone knows I’d appreciate the knowledge.
