Has anyone else have trouble getting old redemptions replaced? I still have a Cam Fowler 10/11 Contenders redemption still outstanding (pulled when the product was first released)!!!!! I called back in April to get a few cards, including the Fowler, replaced and I have yet to even see a status change on my account. I called Upper Deck the same day and received my replacement roughly 2 weeks after the phone call. I have called Panini several times, and every time that I call I never get a CS representative and get sent to a voicemail after being on hold for about 15 minutes. The times that I have attempted to leave a voicemail the phone disconnects. I have sent several emails that have gone unanswered. I have even sent a couple polite tweets asking who to contact to move forward with this.

It is a real shame because I was a big supporter of Panini when they had a license for the NHL. I have completed the 10/11 Contenders Set, Playoff Ticket Set, as well as the Classic Ticket Auto set (only 7 possible). I am only 1 card shy of the 11/12 Contenders Calder Contenders ARP set (Cam Talbot). I also completed the 13/14 National Treasures Past, Present, & Futures triple auto set, but I now just want the remaining redemptions replaced. I have been really turned off by the whole process and feel that now they don't have the license for the NHL anymore that these things have ben put on the back burner.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar to this? Am I overreacting? Does anyone have any recommendations on who I can contact.

Sorry for the rant/long read.

Thanks, Bill

Sorry about your bad experience, I have read a few threads on here about members having good luck with Maribel (I think) at Panini. You might have to do some diggin for the posts. Good luck.

I had a couple outstanding redemptions that I was told by someone in CS a year ago that they had received recently and would be mailed out soon. I forgot about them for awhile so decided to email Maribel last month ([email protected]). She seemed quite surprised when I told her that the cards had not been shipped out after all that time. She tracked down the two redemptions and had them shipped within a couple days.

Unfortunately Panini's CS is utterly useless. They don't answer phone calls and don't reply to requests from the website.

I did however have luck speaking to Maribel Pineda directly at [email protected]

A few members here on HI had also recommended I speak to Jesse McLean over at Panini ([email protected]) but it was a dead end for me. It might work for you though.

i have 10 outstanding replacements form Panini that i contacted Maribel about via email back in April.she replied within two working days with questions on which teams (i had already listed players in the first email) i would like in return.i replied back that same day with a list.3 months and a few emails back to her and my cards status' have not changed nor has she replied to my polite emails asking for an update.so yeah,i feel ya.:curse:

I dealt with Jesse McLean and not only was it fast, I got great replacements (mind you not many probably ask for Isles). I found it smooth and painless.

I also was recommended to contact Jesse. Two emails sent, no responses to either of them. I guess it is time to give Maribel a shot and see where that leads.

On Thursday of last week I actually placed an email to a contact at Panini (if you want his direct email PM ME) and I was able to knock out my last two outstanding redemptions.

I was waiting for:
Contenders Match Up Booklet Autos: Tavares/Brock Nelson-JT Miller/Brad Richards
Contenders Rookie Auto Variation Valeri Nichushkin

What I am receiving:
Contenders Rookie Auto Vladimir Tarasenko /100 (variation or rookie ticket maybe?)
National Treasures Conn Smyth Winner Brian Leetch autograph

How do you get ahold of Panini???

I have a few redemptions that are long over due and wanted to see about swapping them out.

I tried calling, but the number disconnects after about 4 minutes
I tried emailing, been about a week and a half with no acknowledgment of email being sent.

Anyone know how I can get in contact with anyone?

So glad to see his thread. I had an outstanding redemption I tried calling about numerous times and kept waiting on hold for 10 minutes only to be sent to an anonymous voicemail. I just sent an email to the folks listed and hopefully will get a resolution. Thanks to the person who posted the email addresses.

Update:
The cards I got as replacements arrived today.
National Treasures Treasured Awards Norris Trophy /25 Brian Leetch
Contenders Rookie Ticket Patch Auto 99/100 (gold patch) Tarasenko

Tarasenko is available. Leetch is PC.

I have been waiting 2 years for 3 redemptions....I took advantage of one of the 3 emails addresses that were posted to 3 members of the Panini team...seems ppl have had good luck...2 months later, I haven't heard or received anything

I was able to replace all, but one redemption at the National. The only downside is they did not bring any hockey with them because "they no longer have the license". I was just so over waiting that I just took football. I held onto one redemption that the rep I spoke said he would personally take care of when he got back from Atlantic City. I have his email at home and will update this post with it when I get home.
