Verified Trader,
Has anyone else have trouble getting old redemptions replaced? I still have a Cam Fowler 10/11 Contenders redemption still outstanding (pulled when the product was first released)!!!!! I called back in April to get a few cards, including the Fowler, replaced and I have yet to even see a status change on my account. I called Upper Deck the same day and received my replacement roughly 2 weeks after the phone call. I have called Panini several times, and every time that I call I never get a CS representative and get sent to a voicemail after being on hold for about 15 minutes. The times that I have attempted to leave a voicemail the phone disconnects. I have sent several emails that have gone unanswered. I have even sent a couple polite tweets asking who to contact to move forward with this.
It is a real shame because I was a big supporter of Panini when they had a license for the NHL. I have completed the 10/11 Contenders Set, Playoff Ticket Set, as well as the Classic Ticket Auto set (only 7 possible). I am only 1 card shy of the 11/12 Contenders Calder Contenders ARP set (Cam Talbot). I also completed the 13/14 National Treasures Past, Present, & Futures triple auto set, but I now just want the remaining redemptions replaced. I have been really turned off by the whole process and feel that now they don't have the license for the NHL anymore that these things have ben put on the back burner.
Has anyone else experienced anything similar to this? Am I overreacting? Does anyone have any recommendations on who I can contact.
Sorry for the rant/long read.
Thanks, Bill
