panini redemption status how do u check?

I must be really stupid on figuring out to see astatus of my redemptions on panini, Cant they just put a link that says my redemptions and see status of?
Iplease correct me if I am wrong on how I am checking the status on a card.
I go to my account, open requests or closed requests, AM I DOING IT RIGHT

I am waiting on a yzerman certified gold auto /25 .
From what I read on the redemption thread on this card is that it was shipped a long time ago nand I seen some copies end on ebay so the big question is WHERE IS MY CARD

I am done buying panini cards if I cant see the status of my redemption(s)
I never had any problems with upperdeck or in the game

i even tried calling, left a message, 2 phone numbers where i can be reached and got no reply, 3 days waiting and counting on when i left a message on there answering machine

If you check your closed requests, there should be an icon on the right that says 'View Shipping?'. Click on it and a tracking number is shown along with the date shipped.

My first redemptions from Panini took 3-4 weeks to arrive in Canada after they were marked shipped.

How long ago did it ship? They do have a tracking (not the greatest though) option with all cards that have shipped - you can access the number in your account under Closed Requests.

Keep in mind too that stuff is taking FOREVER at customs of late. Patience is a virtue.

yes not very happy with Panini. Back in December when I was contemplating working on the Back to future autos a Panini employee told me that a majority of them are done. Fast forward four months later, I have yet to see one.

I think they've long been done, except for two. Let me look into this--sure doesn't make any of us happy either if you're not getting your stuff in a timely fashion.
