It will stay "pending" until Panini gets the card and fulfills your request, at which time they will send you an e-mail stating
"Your Redemption Request ###### has been updated. Please use the link provided below to view the update"
Which generally means it has been shipped. Click on the link and it should be apparent that it shipped.
If you are logging in without the link, Panini will have moved the request from the Open Requests section to the Closed Requests section under your login (My Account ---> My Requests on paniniamerica.net). You can see the shipping date under the Status column by clicking one of the red hyperlinks for the request and clicking the far right column in the request listing with the link "View Shipping?".
