panini replacement package

Hi all-

I recently pulled a Paula Abdul auto from 2015 Panini Americana that was missing the autograph and the serial number (card was supposed to be x/49). I sent it in for replacement and also asked that they replace the other stuff in my queue that had been moldering away in there for years including 2 Erik Gudbranson anthology auto jerseys, a Tomas Vincour anthology auto jersey, a Kelly Hrudey social signatures and a Phil Esposito classics signatures auto.

I asked for Detroit stuff and here is what they sent:

I'm happy with the replacements as they have value to me locally. While the Abdul and Esposito would have been nice they would have been harder for me to move.

Congrats. Can I ask how long the turnaround time was on your replacement request? Ive been waiting about 4 months since I submitted my replacement request.

I have a bunch of things in the queue. Can you request replacement online, or can you only phone in? I was searching the site today with no luck :-/

I requested replacement online for the Abdul and got instructions to send it in. Less than a month later a guy from Panini called me to say that it couldn't be replaced with another Abdul auto. At that point I asked if everything I had in my queue could be replaced. He called me back with their proposal and I agreed.
