After more than 1 year I asked for a replacement and last Saturday I received this:

2011-12 Certified Fabric of the Game Jersey Number Autographs #110 Claude Giroux (03/25)

Besides the fact that you can see why sticker AUs are bad one corner on the back of the card looked like this:

Yikes.
I've had several redemptions from Panini where the put the card in a toploader but don't tape it shut. Usually its ok, but there were a couple where the card actually slipped out.
very sloppy.

Agreed, maybe they can rectify the issue. But there shouldn't have been the issue in the first place.

Yes, I already contacted them. The person I originally asked for a replacement apologized immediately and told me to send it back to him. He'll send out an alternative then.
