*EVERYTHING FOR SALE/TRADE*
Well, all I have to say is, thank god I have a job interview tommarow and I am getting more hours at my other job, otherwise I'd be broke for a month. LOLOL.
Anyways... I stared the day at about Noon. I went to the show and Erik called me saying he left his charger in the hotel room. (He was leaving from the National to O'Hare) So the wonderful person I am, delightfully drove Erik back to the hotel room, for his $5 charger.
We finally get back to the show and I do some singles browsing... lets just say, I wasn't interested in much, every Brodeur there was too much, and it gets frustraiting. I did pick up a Felix Potvin 2 color jersey card, but gave it to a friend about an hour ago.
While looking at the table that had mostly hockey singles, I saw someone I use to talk to at the card show I worked at, we were talking and he said someone sold him a Frank Mahovlich auto from SP Authentic for $5. THAT IS A SHORT PRINT FOR $5 FOLKS!
Anyway, I finally get back to the Pittsburgh wholesale sports booth, and I start out with 2 Franchises super boxes, 4 West Franchises, and a 03-04 BAP Memorabilia just for fun. Let me just tell you, I only planned to spend $200 at the national this weekend... and I dropped 5.5 times that amount. I don't know where I got the money from to be honest lololol.
So, I went to the ITG Booth to go break some boxes and redeem those "1/1's". I had alot of fun busting products, all in all, I was happy with my breaks.

I'm just going to mix the Update and the West together, just because it really doesn't matter which one is which. lol.
BTW, did I tell you I went to pick up 2 more West Boxes later? Which makes that 2 superboxes and 6 West!

Well, I really had fun talking with Erik and hanging out with him. Maybe if I go to the Expo in Toronto... he can drive me around... instead of me wasting my gas! LOL. J/K I really did have a great time, I hope he did also.
At the ITG Booth though, during my breaks I really knew I was in the right place, and buying products from professional people that know their product. After EVERY auto or game used I pulled, I showed it to the rep, and he gave me backround details and interesting facts about players that I would have never known. I thought it was great he cared so much about the cards and was VERY knowledgable about the products they released. Here is where the fun kicks in with Ludwig.
Look at the picture they have of Ludwig they have on the card here: Ludwig He said, "Look at Ludwigs pads, they are so huge so he can block more shots." It's just little things like that that made me know I was putting money into a WONDERFUL company that actually cares about us (Hockey collectors).
