Patrice Bergeron Cup Shields

Having picked the Bergeron/Seguin recently I thought I would show off all of my Bergeron Shield cards from The Cup. It is a who's who of all his teammates over the years. I think I have all of his Shield cards from The Cup ever released. Had the Bergeron/Horton redemption but unfortunately they didn't make that one and had to replace it.

I think my favorite, as far as aesthetics, is without a doubt the 08-09 version with Ryder.

Amazing Shields, if you dont mind me asking out of curiosity, the shield that wasnt made, what type of replacement did you get, Ive always wondered what type of compensation you get when a card of that caliber isnt made, I fell like it would be hard for a company to properly compensate on a huge 1/1 like that

They initially offered $300 in value. I said that was unacceptable since I had paid more than twice that for the redemption card. After checking with the manager, they came thru with the Marchand Ultimate Auto Rookie Shield 1/1 that apparently had been returned late after it was removed from that checklist prior to release. Fair compensation but I still would much rather have had the Bergeron/Horton.

Those certainly are amazing patches! Hard to beleive that one person could get them all, so you must be a super collector of his! Congrats!
