PAYPAL/Ebay/Shipping Question Help

Hi Guys,

I Sold a card on Ebay for 95.00 and The Bidder completed the invoice with regular shipping,I Usually send cards over 75.00 Dollars Express Post ..I Emailed and asked him if he wanted Express Post and he said :

I WILL BE HAPPY WITH USPS SHIPPING IF THATS OK WITH YOU ?

My question is ..Will I Be responsible if something happens...Thank you Ernie

Without a tracking number you are completely on the hook. However unless the shipping was listed on the ebay forms as expresspost required and the listed fee changed to match you cannot force him to pay it.
