paypal issue

so i cancelled my paypal account to stop spending so much on cards but now when i try to get it back it says "this bank account has been restricted from use, try another account" i only have two bank accounts, both won't work...WHAT DO I DO!?

i once called paypal to cancel a duplicated seller account payment. whenever you cancel or send a "stop payment" paypal will automatically suspend or cancel out the bank account associated with your paypal account. i was told that if this happens, you would have to create another bank account and attach it to your paypal account.they cannot "reinstate" the bank account that was cancelled from paypal
