Paypal question - Dispute/claim

So I purchased an item from the bay over a month ago. I paid w/ Paypal immediately but have yet to receive anything. I've been in contact with the seller and whatnot but was wondering what's the deadline to file a claim?

I thought it was 45 days but heard Paypal may have changed it to 60 days? Can anyone confirm? Thanks.

If it has been a month, start the claim now. It does take some time, but if you haven't received it in a month, that is unacceptable. You can always cancel the claim if you receive it in the mean time.

It is 45 days. Don't know where the 60 days came from, but it indeed 45.

Thanks guys, I just went ahead with the claim. I purchased a Steven Stamkos RBK Jersey and it's taking forever.
