Paypal Question

Hi, I haven't sold anything in quite some time so im not familiar with paypal fees now. I just sold a lot for $225 and the fees were $9.08. Is this the normal fees now? Seemed extremely high for a small amount. Thanks, mike.

I think fees are 2.9%? Plus I think there is a .30 transaction fee

I think for us Canadians accepting US $, it's actually 3.9% plus the transaction fee.

I was charged over 4%. It was Canadian $ also. I didnt realize the fees have increased so high in the last 5 years.

In Canada a fee of 2.9% of the transaction amount plus $0.30 CAD.
In the U.S. a fee of 3.7% of the transaction amount plus $0.30 USD.
Outside Canada and the U.S. a fee of 3.9 % of the transaction amount plus a fixed fee based on the currency.
