PAYPAL SCAM ?? Please help

Hello A friend of mine is selling her Hockey card sets on Kijiji. She is getting offered more money than she is even asking, and they want to use paypal and send the cards to a third address. She asked if she could "borrow" my paypal, as she does not have an account. I love helping my friends, BUT something really sounds fishy HELP !!!!!

It sound just like the normal everyday scam, do a google search and find out how it works.

I tried to do a google search before posting, but I am legally blind and cannot make the pages big enough to read.

Don't do it! Someone did this to me before saying funds are in your account by email but it wasn't actually PayPal! It said it was but wasn't! Funds where not in my account either.

I tell ya! I just can't get over the levels ppl will go to scam ppl.

Thanks guys. I had her give me the phone numbers she was getting her texts from, they were ALL text only lines.

They want her to send the cards to an unverified address? Is she/you(if it's your paypal account) covered under any form of seller protection if this happens?

Use your instinct and politely decline.
