Very generous offer, but I actually stumbled upon it by accident by searching for "HOF auto" on the 'bay and not because I am a Brett Hull fan.

That auto actually looks legit, too. He'd be better off not offering a "personal COA" and just saying it was IP or TTM. Weird.

Yeah...the top right corner looks cut, and I have heard that Hull folds or cuts the cards that he signs to try and deter people from selling them.

That line that looks like a cut is actually a blue line of ink. It looks like the error version of the card, it had different coloring, the blue line, and was numbered differently ( I think it was 1) than the regular Hull base.
