Hi all,

I’ve been mostly away from the hobby for a few years now and am just getting back into things. One thing that has changed is that people’s “buckets” are no-longer with photobucket, due to some changes on their end. I see people are using various other picture repositories now and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to which one might be best?

Any thoughts would be much appreciated!

Everyone will have their own personal preference. I store mine on my google drive so I can see them.

Anything I want to share with others I use Flickr but I think it is limited to 1000 free.

Hey there, welcome back to the hobby! Yeah, haha, a lot has changed in the hobby since "check my bucket" was a popular phrase.

I think one of the more popular image hosting sites now is Flickr. If you liked how things were stored and links were used to share these images on forums, Flickr is the most logical choice I think. I went from Photobucket to Flickr and found it to be an easy transition and easy to use.

However, if you prefer a fresh start and if you have the itch to try something new, I'd also strongly recommend creating your own website to display/sort your scans online. It will be your space to host as many images as you want and you can post on forums just as easily, too.

If you want to checkout my own personal hobby site for my collection, you can check it out below :)
