When ITGU was released, some of us were really surprised by the amounts some of the Pierre Turgeon cards were going for. Well, looks like the trend keeps going with Ultimate!

Hey,

I just sold this card. It was my auction. I had actually purchased the card to be sold privately to an individual. As we spoke prior to me making the purchase. Apparently our details weren't 100% clear, and the gentleman walked away. I'm fortunate that the Turgeon gods showed up. As I was in VERY deep into both the singles that I'm currently selling. For once..I was actually biting my nails, worried that I was going to take a serious bath on these purchases. Happy with the outcome.

American collectors (and any Canadian collectors that know about it!) are falling all over themselves to pull a 1/1 of Andres Gallaraga or Omar Vizquel. There are two or three collectors that are dishing out STUPID bank for those.

Turgeon was one of my personal faves here in St Louis. Great guy to talk to and discuss hockey in general. I met him several times at Blues functions.

In my opinion he should be enshrined and maybe the Board of governors needs to take a closer look at his career!
