Pokemon questions

Hi all,

At the risk of this not being noticed since this sub-forum isn't that active, I was wondering if there are any pokemon experts on here. I have a few questions that I was hoping to get an honest opinion on.

I have the complete first pokemon set, some are 1st edition and some are not. I also have (I think) the whole jungle set as well including all of the holograms. I collected these back when I was a kid and most, if not all, were pack pulled.
It may be time to sell and I'd like to get a better idea of what I have and what I should be asking.

Not an expert by any stretch (I don't deal with Pokemon cards), but your best bet would be to find comparable completed sales from eBay or COMC or the like for what you do have.

That being said, I hear the 1st Ed. Charizard is the number one to have :laugh:

I hear that and its definitely what I'm going to do, but I've heard there are many variations (1st ed, shadowless, etc) and so I want to make sure i know what I have before I list anywhere.

Also when I do part with this stuff I'd rather it be off-ebay to safe the fees.

I'd do some research online. I'm sure there has to be Pokemon-centric forums that would probably be able to answer your questions. Your LCS (if you're lucky enough to have one) or LGS (ditto) would/should be able to answer questions as well.
