POLL: What Feedback should be left??

Hey guys, just an update... it's been a couple days now and I have not heard anything back from the seller at all. I asked him to make it right (the shipping overage for the service given) before I left feedback and have not heard anything at all.

So, what do you guys think I should do now??

I am thinking neutral still with 1's in communication and reasonable shipping... Everyone agree? Should I do a chargeback? Can't you only do a chargeback if you don't receive the item? I'm not sure about that...

The only way you could do a chargeback is if he promised express shipping for the 10$ then shipped regular mail... If he just said 10$ for shipping but did not promise a specific type then no reason to do a chargeback... of course the 1 and 1 for DSR's would still be in order.

No chargeback will be done, I'm just going to leave him a neutral feedback with the 1's in the DSR's as discussed.

The eBay seller that everyone should avoid, with a whopping 15 feedback is... leafsrule2007

Thanks for all the opinions guys, it makes me feel moe comfortable leaving a neutral because I feel it is the right choice.
