I have been a long time fan of Dr. Brian Price and his products (e.g., ITG, Vault); however, in last couple of years I have tried numerous times to communicate with him on his new website and do not get a response or my initial questions (e.g., Made To Order as advertised) and requests are not answered or followed up in anything close to reasonable let alone good customer service.

Any ideas on how to get better communication from him and his site?

Same here. I've never had an issue contacting Dr Price or getting a response from someone on his behalf. Their CS is second to none.
