Whats everyone's opinion about the upcoming Prime Hockey? Is it still "on time" for the 28th? Its more than last year's product, but worth it?

Those huge patches are just beauty, IMO

I actually heard a rumor that the howe genuine marks were also event worn.... that event being the signing of the cards themselves..... they look great, but I really don't like that idea.....

Incorrect. It's a game worn Whalers jersey. We have a photomatch as well as documentation for the game use.

Whoever is spreading the vicious rumor can always contact me directly. Would rather that than someone starting an unnecessary fire when the facts are available easily.

that is great news!! thanks for clearing that up.... maybe they were referring to last year? I am not sure..... glad that you pointed that out and I didn't feel the wrath for spreading the rumor, lol..... sorry for the mistake

Last year's Prime Howe cards are game worn as well. However, there is a Prime Colors he could be confusing it with. Those cards were packed in promotional Father's Day packs. We decided against using Gordie Howe event worn items in the hockey products and it gave the company an opportunity to use them in a marketing only program. Those cards contain pieces of the jersey Gordie wore for the announcement of his partnership with Panini. They also certify that on the back of the card. Those will only be in promotional packs. Gordie game used memorabilia will always be put in the hockey products.
