Problems logging in

As an IT professional, I feel embarrassed for Upper Deck. Their website is terrible. I get that they're doing something that is new and interesting, but they've been at this for 18 months and they can't get it together. If it's not issues logging on, it's accessing the site, or site performance. Why they don't have an app as well is baffling.

Same here. They are squeezing out every penny from the collectors they can and still they can't for example upgrade the server to be able to handle a bit of load. They have massive amounts of completely needless "features", that have the main function of either slowing the things down or to frustrate users. And they lack very simple features that would speed the stuff up by several magnitudes.

Three examples
1) There is absolutely no reason you have to have individual base card copies listed. The only thing it does is adds server load. Absolutely no-one has any reason to see what the 50 copies of a base card looks like. You have 50 and you have 50, that's it. I understand this with GU and serial #'d cards and maybe to some level with autographs, because there you can tell the difference.
2) Why isn't there a "combine all / combine to max / combine all to max" button? You have 250 Compendium base cards of a given player and you are serious that you really need to combine 25x Blue, 5x Red and 1x Gold = 31 times to get a Gold? Multiply that by 900 and you begin to understand how much work - let alone time or money - you need to make a Gold set.
3) The void system is made 100% to reduce the usability of the page. There is absolutely no rason why you can't go back to edit the trade and announce "trader A misses cards Y and Z and trader A misses cards B and C. Fix and process or wait 24 hours to let the deal expire".

Oh and the app was coming soon.
 
Been off and on all night. Bill, I'll get that trade finished as soon as it comes back up. I was almost finished too.

Lucky. Still not in and support has been terrible. You can't just call the epack side you have to hope the other people you do call actually walk your issue over to them. Yup.walk.
