What would be a good price for this? Seeing that a Lecavalier went for $1,500, I'm thinking that this shouldn't be less than $600. Such a great looking card, but I definitely can't make an offer right now that wouldn't be lowball, at least I don't think.

On that note, if anyone loves me a whole lot...haha

But really, if an HI member happens to get this, I'd definitely try to work something out if it was available.

I'd say make the offer anyway, you never know...

But $600 seems high to me... that's just instinct talking though.

i say make your offer as well. all you can do is make your best offer. you never know, it might be the seller's best offer as well. i've had situations where i've offered much more than i knew a card would end for normally but the seller didn't bite and ultimately, i got the card for much cheaper. on the flip side, i've had a much lower, but still decent offer get accepted within minutes.

That's not that outlandish as an asking price, IMHO. I've seen much worse.

I asked him if he had a bottom line and he responded that he had one offer over $500. Didn't really answer my question. My range is in the two's, so I'll either have to wait for him to not sell and bring it down or watch it go by and hope it pops up again.

EDIT: He sold for $500, so apparently he was trying the best offer auction on me. Foo on him.

I'd be surprised if you offer more than $500-600 for it and you didn't get it!!!! I think it might of went for the $300-400 range a few times on ebay as I've seen quite a few times on there. But there is a guy on eBay paying outlandish amounts for "Property of's" so he might just snap it up with an extremely high bid.
