PSA Grade of N4: QUESTIONABLE AUTHENTICITY

Hi,
I recently got a card graded and it was graded N4.
It is a hand cut item from the back of a box.

So is QUESTIONABLE AUTHENTICITY challengeable or is it a polite way to says it is fake
Can you get details on the problem? Issues?

Which card is it? I have a 1984 Topps Nestle Darryl Srawberry RC that was only available in sheet form but was cut down to card size and they label it as “hand cut”. If it was from a box bottom, would they not have done the same? What’s the pop on the set it’s from?

Its from the 1971 Bazooka box bottom set so all are hand-cut
