PSA very slow atm

I sent in an order last week. Tracking shows it arrived but still no update on my order page. This was always done the day they received package from FedEx. I’m sure there’s a huge influx right now but my orders used to take 6 weeks. Lately it’s been 8-10 weeks. Have a bad feeling it’s going to start taking longer
 
Currently anytime grading is 19 usd per card. If you do min 10, I think it’s a 55 cad surcharge for Canadian shipping. This gets a kit of sleeves, top loaders and secure packing fed exed to you. Paid shipping back to them and paid shipping back to you. Turn around is 30 business days. It has always been 20, but I think numbers are going up. I think in the year they have been in business they have not missed a promised turn around time yet (remembering business days)

If you want more info, I’m happy to share, but their customer service availability is beyond compare. Nothing pre 1989 right now, no jersey cards no think cards. Pack pulled autos are fine.

If you haven’t checked out the information you get back on grading you have to…...you will never go back to psa, it doesn’t make sense

Did you send direct to California or thru Halifax? If it was through Halifax (the former PSA Canada), they just opened their new space last week, and have been extremely busy getting it up and running.
 
I send directly to CA and have never had to wait this long for an order to show up on my orders page. I did call PSA and they had mentioned that they were backed up...but things are moving along well again so that's good. I've also sent in my first order through TAG and I have to say....the process is AWESOME so far....so professional. Thanks PACMAN for all your help...I should be getting more order in about 3 weeks...nothing too spectacular as I just wanted to see how it went. I"ve already seen their slabs at last year's Fall expo and there were super clean looking. Will likely be sending more in the near future!
 
Please update when they come back. Good luck on not hitting the refresh button on status over and over. I have yet to be able to not reveal the grades before they arrive. I understand that opening the foil package each card comes in might be fun, but who can do that….not me!
