Pulled a weird redemption tonight

Went to an SPA break night at my LCS and one of the cards I got was a redemption with nothing on the card, no redemption code to scratch off and no description of what I should have pulled.

I am going to email Upper Deck but I was wondering if anyone here ever had that happen? Just looking for some advice cause I really don't know what to ask for or what I should do.

I wonder what they will say? I don't think I've ever heard of this happening before? As far as this goes, it could be from any product, no?

I hope you kept the Box it came in. That might help them "track" which redempt it was meant to be

They don't track redemptions and they don't know what is in which boxes. I don't think they even track it in their highest end Cup product.

I have seen this before, I pulled one a few years ago and it took about 5 phone calls before they would finally agree to honor it. I ended up with some cheesy 3 year old no name auto from a different product. Good luck with this.

Same thing happened to me with 07-08 Ultimate Collection, card had all the normal redemption info on the back but the front was a total blank.
Called them up & sent in the card, got a S. Doan Ult. Acheivements x/7 back from them.
Can't remember how long it took but it was no problem, good luck with yours.

Well after waiting 8 months I finally heard back from Upper Deck with a step in the right direction. My package has been sent and should be here soon. Can't wait to see what they send me.
