I dont want to bore you guys with a thread. Does anybody have a good contact I can use to get assistance in regards to quality issue with a card at upperdeck? Maybe an email or something. I contacted the one they have on their site for quality and they haven't gotten back to me in almost 2 weeks. Anything can help me. Thank you
 
I appreciate the help! But It seems that I wasted everyones time. Lol.. embarrassed to say that my msg was stuck in queue in my outbox and for some reason it didnt send. Was able to find a fix for it and they got back to me within a couple of days.
