Question about a 2007 Topps baseball card

I did a couple retail packs on Monday and I pulled this card:



I remember seeing something on it being an error card with the president on it awhile back. Would anyone on here know what I am talking about??? If so lmk if this is an error card, regular card, or etc. Thanks for looking!!!

It is a regular issued card that books at low of $8 and high of $20. I have pulled 3 of them so far. The value has started to drop some and I suspect it will continue to do so.
