question about a bidder on the bay

Has anyone every had someone bid on an item.Pay for it before they receive an invoice and on their own with out any communication at all decided only to pay what they wanted to pay for postage.If so what did you do.And if not than what would you do if it happened to you.Thanks,Winston.

Just refund them there payment! Then once that is complete, send them an invoice for the correct amount.

It's nice that he/she took upon themselves to pay. However, did you have the S & H amount owing in your payment instructions?

Yes I place all that information in the description.Most people do not read so they miss a lot.That is a start to a lot of problems in some cases.I did refund him/her.So I will see if he/she pays.Thanks,Winston.
