Question about a Prizm Cracked Ice parallel

I'm wondering which set this card is from, and if it has a stated print run:



I originally thought it was this:

2012-13 Panini Prizm Cracked Ice Limited Edition 94 J.T. Brown RC /5

But it doesn't have any serial numbering on the back, so I'm wondering what the hell this is? Any thoughts?

I think those were from Black Friday or Father's Day or one of the national "days" packs

That set annoyed me so much after buying singles... see it says Rookie Anthology on the back.

Yeah it could be from some kind of expo packs. I'm finding it hard to gather any exact knowledge as to what set it is a part of, or how scarce it is - thus not knowing how much trade/sale value to give it.

Rookie Anthology, yes...so a Prizm parallel from (maybe) some kind of expo packs, but it says Rookie Anthology? So confusing...

12/13 Rookie Anthology had Prizm toppers with a Base, Prizm, Red, Blue, and Gold parallel.
The Limited Editions /5 had a special foil stamp on it and was released at the Expo, if I remember correctly.

The Cracked Ice, and another parallel (the name escapes me) was inserted into, I believe, Father's Day packs from Panini.
