Question about a Tretiak card???

Not sure where this post actually belongs, but it's not a price check. I was rummaging through some old piles and remembered I had this. I was wondering why the "book" doesn't have a price listed for it (it simply says NA). All the other cards in the set are priced, and all are numberd to 25 just as this one. Could anyone have a theory or even the answer? Thanks.

I assume he meant that when Beckett was determining the book value, the dart that they threw misssed the board completely as opposed to hitting an arbitrary number. It happens sometimes unfortunately.
